ABOUT THE HOST: Paula lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband of 13 years and her Boston Terrier, Oscar. A native of Minneapolis, MN, and a fairly recent transplant to D.C. from Bogota, Colombia, she spends 50% of her time traveling for work as the National Field Director with Sandy Hook Promise, a gun violence prevention organization. When she's not traveling, she enjoys yoga, wine, cooking, Instagram, and exploring D.C. Paula firmly believes that hope counters apathy and that when people are able to connect across values rather than being divided by positions, a heck of a lot can get accomplished and we can change the world.
ABOUT THE EVENING: This is a Track II: Bridging gathering.
